Yoga for Stress Reduction

So far I've talked about how I have tried to mentally deal with my anxiety. While this is a very effective method, it works better when combined with physical methods as well. I just got a DVD called "Yoga for Stress Reduction with Hala Khouri". 


I found it on Amazon.com for about $15 and thought I would give it a try. It has a warm up, standing poses, free movement, cool down, and two guided meditations. I haven't done all of them yet but I tried the warm up, standing poses, and both meditations and it was very effective. I felt very relaxed, more grounded, more aware of my body and center. I would definitely recommend yoga for anyone who has stress, anxiety, or even depression. It has been helpful for me even after one time and I plan on continuing doing yoga every day.
